Nepean Hospital holds 520 beds and is classed as a teaching hospital and regional trauma centre. The hospital hosts a clinical school of Sydney Medical School at the University of Sydney.

They are located at the base of the Blue Mountains in Kingswood, NSW. Treating over 62,000 patients admitted each year, they also provide specialty services ranging from cardiology, hematology, trauma services, neurosurgery, urology, plastic surgery, and more.

On the hospital’s campus are various care facilities including an Intensive Care Unit, Menopause Service, Cancer Care Centre, Diabetes Service, Rehabilitation medicine and the Wentworth Centre for Drug and Alcohol Medicine. 

A $1billion redevelopment of the hospital was announced, with Stage 1 of construction being the first of two new hospital towers being constructed. Stage 1 of the redevelopment was completed in 2022.

The new tower was largely decked out with Wilsonart Landmark Wood laminate and LPM panel. The woodgrain décor was used throughout including consult rooms, reception desks, feature walls, lift lobby walls, bed heads, waiting rooms, cabinetry and more.
