Retirement facility’s design and durability requirements perfectly matched.
Developed by Catholic Health, designed by Meli Studio, and built by Parkview Constructions, McQuoin Park is a state-of-the-art facility that caters to the needs of the elderly. The facility features a modern and inviting design that combines aesthetics with functionality.
Wilsonart decors are used throughout the facilitys units and display office. Featuring Alaska Hewn and Antique White which creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, and Landmark Wood, a rich and realistic woodgrain pattern that adds depth and character to the interiors.
Finally, Soft Grey Xtreme Matt creates a calming and relaxing atmosphere in any space. It is also highly durable and easy to clean, making it ideal for use in high-traffic areas.
The McQuoin Park Retirement Facility is being developed to provide 2 blocks of 90 units, utilising around 2,300 Wilsonart Panels.

Overall, the use of Wilsonart LPM panel in the retirement centre is a testament to the versatility and quality of these surfaces. Whether it is the warm and inviting Alaska Hewn, the elegant Antique White Velvet or the calming Soft Grey Velvet, each decor plays a vital role in creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for the residents and family alike.
